About Studio 93

Located in the Tannery Row Artist Colony,
Studio 93 is the working studio of
 Suzanne Clem-Wheeler and Bree Sauers.

Suzanne has been painting portraits for over fifteen years professionally and started using digital art as part of her mixed media projects during the last five years.  Her art can be found in collections around the world, including the private collections of Laura Turner Seydel, Anne Cox Chambers, and Elizabeth Dewberry.  In 2010 she was awarded third place in the International Portrait Competition sponsored by Artists Magazine/Wetcanvas, and in 2009 she received an Honorable Mention in the international Autumn Arts Painting Challenge & Competition for a mixed media landscape.  She has been invited to show her art in the lobby of the Tony Award winning Alliance Theater, with the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces Pop-Up Markets and participated in the Hudgens Center for the Arts Artist Market in 2010. Suzanne is a featured artist with Digital Arts Studio and in several digital arts publications.

Bree Sauers is a self-taught artist from Las Vegas, NV and has lived in Suwanee for the last 7 years.  Her journey into art began when she was very young, her mother was a painter, her father built furniture and her grandfather was always creating things out of metal.  When Bree was 10 years old she was at an outdoor art festival when she bought her very first piece of original art. She had found a painting of the town she lived in and was so excited in what the artist had created that he worked with Bree so that she could buy the painting with her own money. That painting still hangs in her house to this day. When she was in high school her parents owned an art gallery which filled their lives with art and many of the artists that showed in their gallery.  This had a profound effect on how she viewed the role of art in everyday life.  Bree has created art for friends and family for most of her life and in the last three years has entered the public art world showing in art festivals, art galleries and has participated in art competitions.
